Identifier is a validated system built for regulated visual inspection programs. It supports 21 CFR Part 11 requirements for electronic records and aligns with USP <790> and <1790>.
21 CFR Part 11
Audit trails record who changed what and when, and role-based access keeps each user to the permissions their job requires.
Validation package
InQuest Science validates each Identifier release and provides the executed IQ and OQ documentation to clients through a secure client portal. Clients can use the executed OQs as validation evidence for their own systems.
PQ support
Performance qualification at the client site is available as an additional service, so teams do not have to build their PQ from scratch.
Hosting options
Identifier runs on the InQuest Science validated cloud platform or on a client’s own servers. Server requirements for on-site installations are provided during onboarding.
Documentation
Each release includes release notes, and each module has its own user manual.
